    Some insurance plans offer out of network benefits. If your plan is not listed here, please call member services to find out if out of network is offered. This means that you would pay for sessions and submit an invoice (or a superbill) to your health plan for reimbursement.

  • Absolutely! Sometimes clients start therapy and then add a Reiki session occasionally or vice versa. It’s flexible and tailored to you needs.

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. I understand life happens and unexpected things can arise. I ask that you do your best to let me know if you are unable to keep your appointment.

    There is a $50.00 late cancel/no-show fee that will be charged on the second missed appointment and therafter.

  • Yes! I teach wellness, meditation and mindfulness classes and will post any upcoming events on my website and social media pages.

  • Yes. My practice suite is step-free on the first floor. Accessible parking is available in the front of the building.
