  • For individuals seeking therapy, this is the first appointment which lasts about 90 minutes. Information will be gathered on your medical and mental health history as well as what concerns you hope to address. You are free to ask any questions you may have. This appointment is an important part of your treatment process and often times marks the beginning of our work together.

We will work together to uncover patterns, heal emotional wounds, and build tools to help you maintain emotional wellness.   • Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and facilitates healing. The practitioner channels universal life force energy through their hands to support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Reiki is noninvasive, gentle, and often used along conventional medicine to enhance healing and overall wellness. Each session is unique as well as each person’s experience. Many clients report feeling calmer, more balanced, relaxed and peaceful during and after their session.

  • A consultation is a one time session to provide guidance, clarity, and support. It may include parental guidance, professional insight, and practical recommendations based on your concerns. You’re encouraged to ask questions and decide whether additional support feels right for you.

  • Sound healing sessions use soothing sound frequencies from singing bowls ( I use a combination of both Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls). The sound vibrations work gently with your nervous system and can support stress reduction, emotional release, and energetic harmony.

    There is growing scientific evidence that measures the healing effects sound has on the body, down to a cellular level.

    Sound Healing invites calming and restorative experience and is rooted in ancient practices that have supported human well being for centuries.
